By creating the MEXEM Junior Account in addition to your existing profile, you can fund it periodically, and set an automatic recurring investment as their path to future savings.
As the account holder, every action requires your approval, keeping you in full control.
Important information: Junior Accounts are duplicated investment accounts created under your existing MEXEM account and remain fully controlled by you at all times. Adding a child’s name to a Junior Account does not give the child ownership of the account or rights to the assets held in it. Junior Accounts are not custodial accounts or investment accounts opened in a child’s name.
To open a MEXEM Junior Account, you must first have a main account with MEXEM. You can then request an additional duplicated account, and we will send you the request to sign. Once signed, the account will usually be opened with 24 hours.
Yes, you can open more than one MEXEM Junior account. Up to 3 additional accounts can be opened under your name.
No, opening additional accounts under your name is completely free of charge.
Yes, you can request an additional account and assign it an alias in your child’s name. However, the account will remain under the main account holder’s control.
Yes, it is possible to transfer funds between individual accounts on your name.
